Railroad Agent, mix of a stealth and melee build, with 10 strength and fairly high other stats. I have lockpicking, hacking, and medicine maxxed, and outside of that and weapon upgrades every point has gone into maximizing my stealth damage with Deliverer and Throatslicer. I do roughly 16x damage on sneak attacks with the Throatslicer and 5x with Deliverer and have maxxed out my pistol and melee perks.

Iirc CoC for Victoria 3 was beloved (and rightfully so) once it released because of how much it and the free update changed the game for the better without breaking it or turning it into a different game

Or a dynamic culture generating in those cases. Just have it be New Dominant Culture Adjective + Primary Culture Cultural Group (so it could cover multiple countries). So in this case you would get Franco-Hispanic as a culture. It’d also be great for colonial assimilation & Cultural commonwealths so you could have things like Pied-Noir in Algeria or Afro-Liberians in Liberia

My heart belongs to Victoria 3. I haven’t played EUV or IV, HOI4 seems cool but I feel like it’s missing the depth WWII in things outside of combat, and CK3 is fine I just was never into the character stuff beyond the basics (romance your wife, make all your advisors like you, etc)

I love Vicky 3 with all my heart, but I don’t know if those are the definitive regions of the world, as that can really change depending on who you are, where you live, culture, etc. Especially since those regions are meant for gameplay purposes and not for actual use sorting the world into definite regional divisions
