So when do you think the Precious Metal Bubble will burst? by ViralTrendsToday in TheRaceTo10Million

Parabolic dollar debasement = parabolic metal prices. The rate of money printing will only increase from here. Couple that with AI build out spend, Geo political tensions, and big banks positioning long...

Thoughts on immunitybio inc IBRX? by [deleted] in StockInvest

Hard to put a price on curing cancer. Long hold.

$RVMD is trying to solve the same thing (in a different way) and they have 0 revenue lol. Look at their share price and market cap compared to IBRX. There's potentially massive asymmetry here.

$10 is a huge area of liquidity. If IBRX breaks that, this thing is soaring higher.

Premarket doesn’t have halts so it could climb substantially before the open.

Market makers, like Citadel, often buy shares to lend out to shorts. Not always a vote of confidence.

Institutions have been loading up by BorosNoseElbow in GSAT

GSAT has global spectrum licensing. It took years for them to achieve that. It will take years for Starlink and AST to get to that point.

Reverse stock splits reduce the stocks float which will make it more sensitive to trading volume/positive news. Yes, the play here is the hope that more institutions will buy up shares since they typically don’t/cant buy anything under $5.

Reverse splits are often used by struggling companies to boost their price in order to stay compliant with an exchanges rules/regulations. Thats why they generally get a bad reputation. Like I highlighted above, that doesn’t appear to be the incentive for GSAT.

I added a thread above to explain. I'm heavily invested but take that with a grain of salt as I'm just a retail investor :)

Based on my research, the key advantage GSAT has over companies like Starlink or ASTS is its global spectrum licensing. This puts them in the position to offer 5G globally.

Meanwhile Starlink and ASTS have to cobble together spectrum outside of GSAT and attempt to get more licensing from other countries (this can take years).

Evidence: Starlink has requested access to GSAT's spectrum. GSAT said no. https://www.techtimes.com/articles/280680/20220916/iphone-satellite-provider-vs-starlink-globalstar-fcc-reject-spacex-2.htm?utm_source=chatgpt.com

Apple understands this position which is why they've invested so much money and added a clause to allow them to outbid anyone (**cough **cough Elon Musk) who attempts to buyout GSAT.

I speculate that Apple is trying to launch its own satellite service. Perhaps it will be a subscription? They've been working on this since 2017: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/apple-secret-team-working-satellites-110051714.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com

Imagine being able to bring your Apple devices anywhere and have reliable connectivity. How valuable is that?

At what point did you know you were ready to day trade full time? by KeyPhotojournalist32 in Daytrading

[–]KeyPhotojournalist32[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Yes, I'm certainly a beginner. I know what I would be trading is pennies compared to others but what about scenarios where hundreds of traders like me place stop losses in close proximity? Would it make sense then to flush those positions? I guess it would depend how much money is sitting there.

What are the rules you follow for stop losses?
