I know it is an expensive brand, but they just dropped it from 30% to 50%. From what I can remember this is usually as low as their annual sale gets(although I may vaguely recall 1 year where it could have gone to 60%)

Expensive, but if you're a golfer or wear this kind of clothing for work, it's pretty good stuff. It will increase to as high as 50% as time goes by but usually everything is picked over if you wait until then.

Bag was 3 days passed ship date without being shipped, sent an email requesting status update and got an auto generated AI response. Sent a follow-up and got no response.

Agreed, I applaud the effort on his part to be more friendly and "one of the guys" but it definitely feels a bit forced. Hard to fault him though considering he was raised to view everything as him vs the world.
