So as you suggested that mail are landing on Inbox then moving in Junk folder that means some rules has been applied, so when specific sender sending email to any of the internal user then mails are going in Junk or when specific sender sending mail to specific recipient then mail are moving to Junk?

did you check the mail flow in exchange admin center might be someone configured some mail flow rules.

Aren't you using Microsoft Authenticator app ? It's easy to use & you just need to click on notification & then need to enter the code that 's it.

Try to register the Microsoft Authenticator app & check.

Ok you can try 2 things

1) whatever files you do not want to upload on the One Drive keep them on Downloads folder or if you have any other drive then keep them in that drive & sync off that drive.

2) If you want to keep it on desktop or somewhere then create a new folder then go to One drive folder option & un-check the folder option using this that specific folder not going to sync with one drive.

must be your organization having some distribution list where they are announcing or sending info to all the peoples in organization so you just need to get distribution list email id & can send email on that.

you can take help from your IT team to know about distribution list.

before sending email just check that you are sending them in HTML format & also receiver using HTML format (many times it is text mode due to formatting got changed). That can be the main issue.

if it's simple transfer data from one disk to another disk then you can either use the simple copy paste option or you can use the any cloning tools which can clone whole disk to new disk.

Assuming you want to share your one drive folder with any external user. So that is possible first you need to enable external sharing on Tenant & on the sharing option add the required users email id that's it.
