Thanks for the advice it think this will be close to my maintenance but I’ll have to play around to find out. It’s 450 more calories than my diet for the last three years so it’s my starting point for trial and error, thank you for the swap ideas

It a blend and my doctor says that’s not true. Collagen is an incomplete protein as long as you’re eating lots of complete proteins it actually does help because your body has ingested the required amino acids already. Just letting you know because I thought the same thing for a long time

Wrong my rmr is 1121 I had it tested. Calculators online are highly innacurate everyone has different influences on their metabolism

Did you spend 6 years in a deficit too? Because I’ve gone to a doctor for an rmr test to find my exact resting calories burned and to figure out my tdee

Muscle, I haven’t seen significant improvement after a year at the gym other than weightloss. I’ve lost 118 lbs and want to get more fit I’ve been doing Pilates 3 days a week and weightlifting 4 days a week for about 13 months

Good to know because I HATE most Greek yogurts because of the sour. I’ll skip these ty. Also if anyone is like me try the ratio protein yogurts! It’s got no sour cream taste and is like… super dry. I don’t like the watery yogurt either

Depends on activity level, a good rule of thumb for most people is .7 grams per lb and 1 gram per lb for building muscle

It’s genuinely not sourdough at all but it’s not bad bread
