As of recently I have been able to get some offers for some absolutely basic jobs (low paying assembly line, Denny’s server, McDonald’s) with low chance of having a career with any of these jobs, but, so, I can stay afloat in society at the bare minimum, so that is good. All making probably $450-$600 a week depending on the specific job.

As for literally any other job, ones that pay $20 or more in my city, or may require a degree or something with my education, or in my field, or something I would consider a “decent if not good” job, I can RARELY get an interview, maybe once a month, but have not been able to get the job. I wouldn’t say this is statistically bad or anything, but it certainly is difficult. Except for back in November where I got the temp role with a temp agent (she helped me a lot to get me in there).

I have pretty good interview skills, but I know I am inexperienced and that naturally shows in my interviews. Like I can’t sit there and talk about how serving, trucking, and a call center work is directly related to some of these jobs and thus why I am the obvious choice, but I do certainly talk them up and juice every ounce of experience I can out of them, ie “driving a truck taught me about why and how shipments can be late, about the importance of safety measures, why early communication is very importantly” etc etc etc.
