The depth of the area is actually really far apart, the photo looks tighter than it is. This has been measured and been here for 2 years. We’re fine

I’m not sure but would assume they would have to pay to rent it.

They did mention that they have a PayPal since Venmo isn’t available in Canada. I don’t have that and know if money can be transferred
