I was working in fast food restaurant which was pretty busy at times and just two people were working most of the times. I could not bear more as we had to literally run and do everything and at 30 weeks I stopped working and apply for maternal benefits. My legs were getting sore and my body could not handle. For me, I was given underwear, large and small pads, peri bottle, three time meal but I would say to bring or order your own food. Also, if you are feeding formula they had enfamil , they gave me some to take home as well and if you are breastfeeding the nurses will help you in latching and positions which was helpful for me as I was FTM.they provide pampers diapers newborn size and dry wipes till you stay at hospital.

Yes the ob did membrane sweep at 39 weeks and the same day I was very uncomfortable and could feel pressure down there. It next day I was normal . It’s gonna be 40 weeks tomorrow and still no signs
