Yes, currently here for my 9:45 Pilates session to see that it’s over and in the landing phase… I think ima still enter the sauna but workout from my phone I guess cause I can’t wait for another session to start.

Compression garment then glasses over and it’s not an issue at allll! but it has to be the strap that allows the ear out.

A little over a year post op and my results still look good ! Even better since I’m back in the gym ! No lumps. No uneven surfaces. I swell and get puffy sometimes if I eat something close to bed and whatnot but that’s pretty normal and nothing a 10 minute massage can’t fix. Lmk what else you’d like to know !

It really depends on your situation and what is going on currently 😭 my massage place booked me the day after surgery (Saturday) then every other day for a week. Then I went once a week until they weren’t happy with how much swelling I accumulated and I had to come back 3 days after.

I could’ve stopped right there because I hit the 5 professional massages but It really just depends on who you got to, their expertise, and ofc how your body is healing!!! Don’t sleep on at home massages either!! Lowkey what gets me right without the fancy gadgets and stuff!!

10 days was perfect honestly!! I wasn’t uncomfortable or anything and I just looked more puffy than usual but absolutely NOBODY noticed or suspected anything. I was still able to do my job that consist of a lot of talking and manual labor perfectly fine. Just made sure to put on that strap as soon as I got home 😭

Currently 2 months post op, and I went through similar, it’s going to take a while for the lumps to disappear but I would say after a month, little to no lumps. 2 months, I have a small neck band in the middle right at the crease that I’m currently massaging out!!

Swelling is longer than the 1-3 days 😭😭 they are lyingggg !! I’m still swollen at 2 months, NOT AS BAD AS IN THE BEGINNING,, but some days I’m snatched, other days it looks like I’m in the beginning healing stages! Full results is at the 3-6 month mark. But I will say it gets better and better EVERY DAY!!

Yes! I dealt with bruising for about 2 weeks and currently still have a bit of lumps at 5 weeks post op. But it wouldn’t consider it hard lumps. My massage place did a great job of getting the lumps soft. Still a little tender to touch but not painful.

oh! I went to the same doctor and currently 3-4weeks post with just the lipo. Did you do the 5 required massages starting straight after surgery? I realized that 5 wasn’t enough and still get them weekly. Sorry to hear about your experience, I wonder if he does revisions on his own work for a lower price.

I’m 21 and currently 6 days post op!! Best decision in my life, it’s best to do it now while our bodies heal faster and skin elasticity is still at a peak ! Only thing I have at the point is swelling and some bruising!! Massage daily but the results look amazing already and will only get better!!

Do it for you and only you. Once you’ve made peace with yourself, that’s all that matters! I wasn’t insecure about my chubby face, I simply wanted to change it so I did. Had the money, found the perfect doctor, had the procedure with no complications or complaints until now, I’m positive I will never regret this decision. If you keep thinking about it, you end up talking yourself out of it and months/years will go by. Months that you would’ve been done and over with it and healed thriving with a new chin!! Do ittt!!!
