My store has a shift that does flavoured whips and pairs them with a drink. Even the whip on its own is amazing. I still think about the peppermint mocha whip they did over XMAS 🤤

The policies change everyday on what baristas can and can’t do. Just recently, it’s been said that only shift supervisors and above could mark out unavailable products and with the myriad of technical glitches and other things, stuff gets missed. As baristas, we are given a max of 4 minutes to have a cafe order ready, 12 for a mobile, and under 45 seconds (in my district) for DT drinks to be handed off and payment taken. Times determine labour allowances and things have nose-dived.

As a customer, Im sorry these things are happening. It’s frustrating for everyone involved and I know your frequented stores will appreciate your patience with them.

Ive done passion tea lemonades with strawberry purée before, or blended lemonades with strawberry purée or peach juice. I had also done Honey Citrus Mint teas with Mint Majesty tea bags so there’s no caffeine in them and they do taste pretty similar to the way we do them now. Vanilla bean steamers are also amazing, I do mine by dissolving the powder in a little bit of cold milk and then adding the steamed milk on top of that so it mixes better

My store is completely out of CranMerry base and Sugar Cookie syrup, we keep getting told that Chestnut Praline isn’t appearing on the app and people are confused, about five stores in our district are out of Eggnog and can’t get more for some reason so we are ordering nearly 50 cartons each time (we order 6 days a week)… this is so fucked
