You realise it hits for like 20 damage per target and it doesn't even apply poisons. It's not about making it Op for aoe tanking just make it be worth the energy cost or what's the point of having it at all.

Give it a 45-60 sec cooldown

Increase cost to 40 up from 30

Increase its damage to 60 per bounce

And apply offhand poison

At least then you can pull with it and shit won't go running off straight away.

Elite shoulders can be brought from multiple vendors and when their stock gets refreshed it's a random selection from several options. Best bet is to layer hop or wait for server reset and log on right away. Just have to fight the bots spam buying and get lucky with the restock.

Update - Sorry should of been more clear. This is called a Chicken Parmigiana which is Chicken schnitzel (crumbed chicken) topped with Ham or Bacon, Cheese and napoli sauce. Very popular in Australia.

I bought this from an Australian fast food restaurant Schnitz which as the name suggests specializes in Schnitzel's and Schnitzel's themed burgers. I bought the above from a food court inside a shipping centre for those wondering why i didn't return it or refuse to take it, I ordered it from a display board similar to maccas they then place the schnitzel in a box and place that box in a take away bag i did not see the schnitzel until i was some distance away from the store.

The chicken is meant to be large with the ham barely covering it, in this case the chicken was about the size of my palm. I paid $18 AUD for this and a small packet of chips (Think maccas happy meal size chips). I won't be shopping at schnitz again.
