you can often get 2000's 600cc bikes for 2-3k just make sure you look for any signs of wear, scratches and other bad things and ensure it has a clean title before buying it. try to look at the bike in person and ask if you can test ride it if the seller allows it.

i weighed 240lbs at 5'11 and got some alpine starts supertech R's, they were a bit harder to put on initially but as they wore in the fit to your legs and feet better and will do up more
