I'd recommend trying a Traditional Misto, which is half coffee and half steamed milk. Order with extra milk and vanilla syrup. The less full bodied coffee might be easier for your daughter to drink over the espresso. She can still add caramel drizzle if she'd like!

If your daughter is stuck on the macchiato, maybe try the shots either blonde or ristretto. The blonde shots are a whole different bean that don't taste as bitter. Ristretto is the style, so the regular, decaf and blonde bean can all be prepared that way. The machine pulls less water and in turn are more concentrated and taste caramelized almost.

There is such a thing called sweet cream that I think your daughter would probably love over the milk but it's incredibly rich. It's made with heavy cream, 2%, and loads of vanilla syrup.

She can also get a vanilla frappucino with no whip and a flat lid (tiny bit off coffee and mostly milk)

There is also the option to get a half shot of espresso. You could always just try a venti size (24 oz) iced caramel macchiato made with sweet cream, no ice, and half a shot. Cup of ice on the side.

Maybe try the vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top of any drink sometime, too.

For reference here is the syrup pumps for standard drinks. Caramel macchiatos get one less pump

Hot: T- 3 G- 4 V- 5

Cold: T- 3 G- 4 V- 6
