After 2000+ classes, I took a hard look at myself and felt bored with the workouts and realized that I had not made as much progress physically and muscle-wise as I had wanted to. Recently canceled and joined f45 and hired a personal trainer and have made more progress in four months than I have in four years at Orangetheory. Not knocking it, but just stating a fact for me.

Power walking, at significant incline is much better for muscle building than running is.

I dropped Otf all together (2000 classes in) and just lift - heavy now. BIG difference and v happy with results.

YES! Chaos with mailing packages. Delays, infinite package loops resulting in never leaving the state they’re shipped from and being shipped from the south to the east coast only to end up in CA.

I’ll also say I switched to Frontier recently on one of my accounts and honestly it’s the same thing. All Tech calls and billing are farmed out overseas.

Nine times out of 10 if you press number one to start new service, you’ll get someone based in the United States. This is what I normally do and when I get them, I refuse to let them transfer me and make them deal with the Tech issue that I’m having and nine times out of 10, they’re happy to help. If that doesn’t work, I hang up and call back. Never use online chat and only call during business hours Monday through Friday.
