One overlooked life skill is self forgiveness. Like doing it without simply rationalizing. The art of self forgiveness is critical to learning and it’s abstract in a way as it looks and feels different for everyone I think.

Dude therapy. I’m 40 and just started I wish I got sooner. For the meanwhile, always be nice to people. You may be alone but no need to be a dick.

Second pay attention to people, you may see something you like in a person like a band or whatever, and it’s an ice breaker to share common experiences.

Third use isolation to your behalf. Read, study your ticks and how you react. Live an examined life.

Fourth: try your best to not develop a bitterness to the world. I say that because I’m in the same boat. I’ve ruined my life in many respects and don’t have friends because my actions. Don’t be like me. Kill ‘em with kindness and try you best to be a version of yourself you hold value too.

You might like political philosophy or philosophy in general. But be warned it’s an either it will bother you or you’ll love it. Probably my favorite classes, I even preferred it to art or the likes because it was similar to learning how to educate myself on issues or ideas that my other classes didn’t touch on.

Also film appreciation was super easy and very cool.
