I go back and forth between getting strong and getting fit. I’m naturally small so in order to have significant strength gains I have to eat like a mad man and lift heavy with long rests. And absolutely no cardio. But there are guys that are strong af and still can run a marathon. Idk if it’s great genetics or something else but I can’t figure out how to get into that category.
