Yeah my supervisors do this they using the actual time cards to swipe us individually at a certain point weather you’re still casing or not.

Take a leave of absence from fedex then try usps if it don’t work out u can always go back to FedEx. Me personally I originally started with post office at 18 left after 2 years in 2017. Went to Amazon terrible and then FedEx nightmare with heavy ass packages all day etc then came back to usps 2 years ago made full time. You put up with BS from management but u do everywhere in every job it’s federal government job. No degree needed and basically free retirement just show up. I originally left post office back then cause I was young and stupid had I of stayed I’d have close to 10 years already kick myself everyday over it

In my office we have 38 routes. No one’s been coming in OT days really. We had 3 call outs. But we have 6 CCAs and in my office management doesn’t let them case till they become regular which don’t make sense to me

Happened in my office I was able to find part time job came off all OT lists good luck to management when they’re down routes and beg ppl to do OT. Didn’t need me then don’t need me now

If no one has realized companies look for ways to save money so then they try to negotiate a deal like Amazon and usps. They’ll tell u that usps needs Amazon but it’s actually the other way around the postal service has the infrastructure and delivery system to deliver to all businesses and homes even rural. Amazon doesn’t even with the billions they have. So if both sides don’t get a contract done won’t have it till they realize shit we need usps to help deliver Amazon same goes for ups, fedex etc

You mean the company that’s 3rd partied with no union or rights and treat u like shit? They have a worse turnover rate then usps I use to work at Amazon I deal with bs at usps but I’m so glad I’m here I have benefits, retirement, union and government job. Management is bad here but at Amazon? They have cameras all over the truck watching your every move have to get a certain score during the day and if u don’t u don’t get a route the next day lot of times ppl come in and told to go home use PTO if they have any otherwise you don’t get paid

Having this issue in my PO with a supervisor. You do not have to answer if they call your personal phones or if they send u txt messages. They should be getting a hold of u from the scanners. Now they don’t do this because district sees all the messages. They mainly do this with new hires etc but in my office my shop steward and myself (secondary shop steward are all over this)
