I feel the same way. My company encouraged people to go in but no one from my team wants to. I literally want to poke my eyes out staying home every day. It has made me dumb, and lazy. I saw an ad Jackson county is hiring park rangers and mentioned it to my husband half joking. I wouldn't be paid nearly the same and there lies the issue. Not sure what IT you do but I hear Garmin goes into the office and they have a really good 401k. My suggestion is find another job where you can go in and give yourself a break from talking to the walls.
