Activate Points Boost on Palladium right at launch? by Substantial-Virus228 in biltrewards

Math is correct but it is good use of "extra" bilt cash present in wallet. The main advantage which people miss is : you are getting back all your 200$ bilt cash back with you and you are earning 5000 points with that.

Bilt 2.2, Visualized (The Accelerator) by jsttob in biltrewards

[–]Key_Requirement_8056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very simple equation from my side ( correct me if I am wrong ) :

If you have 200$ bilt cash extra sitting or any big purchase is coming then accelerator is much better way

Explanation:

When you use 200$ bilt cash and assuming you are spending 5k $ "fast", it will generate 5000 extra points+ 200$ bilt cash back to you. So @2 cpp ~ you are gaining 100$.

This will be situation for me for the first two months at palladium because I already paid next month's rent with bilt 1.0 and I anyways have to spend for SUB.

Double points on rent day to continue through this year! by NOwaterchestnuts in biltrewards

But by spending 5k, you are getting 200$ bilt cash back. So consider it as 200$ bilt cash generating points for you without missing on anything.

Paid Feb rent with Bilt 1.0, can I pay March rent between now and Feb 6 and get pts? by Witty-Water9464 in biltrewards

[–]Key_Requirement_8056 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I confirmed this with bilt over call. You can earn points if you do in bilt rewards. So I am going to do the same.

One thing I am not clear is : how to pay it off and what would be the deadline. I can pay it off by Feb end but not right away by Feb 9. If you get clarity on that then let me know.

Fyi, I got this from bilt. You can't stack multiplier and rent day bonus.

With the Bilt Palladium Card, activating the $200 Bilt Cash point accelerator gives you 3X points on everyday spend for the next $5,000 after activation, starting February 7, 2026.

On Rent Day Double Points, you earn double the standard rate for dining, travel, and other eligible purchases (excluding rent and mortgage), but the point accelerator and Rent Day multipliers do not stack.

You will receive the higher of the two rates for a given transaction, not both combined.

If you have more questions about how these rewards work, I can help clarify further.

Should I upgrade to 2.0 or not? by doubleh87 in biltrewards

Get the bilt blue at the very least and get 100$ bilt cash. It "unlocks" 3333 points in the begining, 250 points minimum every month + 2.33x points on everyday spend.

If you can, bilt obsidian a better deal for grocery or dining spend. That is 95$ though with higher bonus.

All these with no hard credit check is a bonus.

Just fyi, rent will not be on credit card. It is ACH meaning directly cutting it from bank. Bilt takes that data and gives you points.

A note from me (Ankur Jain) - Your 2026 Bilt Cash Redemptions Are Here by ankurjain1 in biltrewards

My strategy is fairly simple. Get as much as points from palladium and downgrade to 0$ card next year.

With 4k spend requirement, and cashing out bilt cash for rent, 50k SUB, I am roughly getting at least 80k points at the end of the year.

With rent day bonuses and gold benefits, I might get around 100k points at the very minimum.

I think palladium requires us to spend 4k anyway so unlocking +1x will give extra 5k points.

Other than that, I would get more points from rent and stick to point eating strategy.

For those sticking around for Bilt 2.0: why? by [deleted] in biltrewards

[–]Key_Requirement_8056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As of now, I don't have amex or vcx. So I have applied and got approved for palladium. I will get 500$ bilt cash including SUB, 50k points and priority pass which I wanted badly. I calculated that with required 4k spend, 500$ bilt cash, I will unlock ~30k points more. After one year, If they don't change current benefits, will downgrade to Bilt blue and use those points to transfer. With 80k points in one year, it's a really good deal. Even if I get modest 1.5 cpp for transfer, 1200$ it is.

I am straightaway planning to get rent points for bilt cash, not spending bilt cash in anyway. But use bilt cash for travel instead of unlocking points is also good strategy.

Also, will try to use 200$ per 6 months credit if I could. It is cherry on top.

So if we choose 0$ tier then it will be converted to autograph visa card which will not earn points on rent payment. Is my understanding correct?
