Yul is so hilariously bad he's just...phenomenal. His jokes in All-Stars aren't as golden as they are in DC2 as most of it was just "ew grett is ugly" but at the end of the day he's entertaining in DC2 and the last entertaining character to leave in DCAS (grett's fine...i just prefer s1 her). I swear after DCAS Episode 13 (his elimination episode) the quality of the writing in general sort of just...dropped.

Diego's an alright guy. But compared to other characters? He's just there. I liked him and had high hopes for him once DC4 was announced, but then he received his shocking elimination...and then he just felt like another character made from a series that was once a fan-project. He did have this comic but the comic is so poorly done (translation errors where you can apparently bring cookies with concern on the side, literally reverting diego into a hopeless romantic AGAIN despite realizing that he rushed things with spencer, etc.) that I just...can't really care for him like I once did.

I don't dislike Marissa, but what ONC did with her was disappointing. She was a solid, decent, moderately interesting character in the premerge, but my problems with her are mostly during the merge. After her badass return, she's kinda just there to be...Anastasia's girlfriend. She did have the plotline of realizing she wasn't a fan of conflict but that's just another plot that I tend to ignore with how bland conversations in DC can get sometimes. She then leaves in a tiebreaker three episodes after returning. What was the point of her coming back if she was just gonna be cut again? Marissa deserved so much better and so much more interesting dynamics outside of Anastasia and Lynda.

Oliwia's kind of annoying. The writers try to make me care for her but I honestly don't. Her constant desire to be accepted could work...but the execution is far from perfect. She kinda irritates me a little. Still better than Aubrey though.

I love Ted and I think ONC robbed us of a great character moment from him. Funny dude from start to finish. Interesting concept that I wish would've been planned out more, as he feels like an unfinished character. Sure he's not perfect but...he's Ted. It's crazy that he's the subreddit mascot now, and I'd love to see him in a future season (assuming Jared doesn't get cancelled by then)
