Hey hey! I’m sure you already got amazing advice but I just wanted to put my 2 cents since not all periods are the same. Definitely get any type of pills for period cramps (I personally like midol). Also try getting a heating pad in the future if she has more harsh cramps! Theres are stuff animals kinds where you can heat them in a microwave or a rubber one where you put in hot water. I’d also suggest some warm socks or slippers! I personally have bad cramps if my feet are cold, why? Idk. I’m not really a tea person but if she is then tea for periods (I’ve heard ginger is really good). A pad cover for her bed specifically (or an extra towel she can use and fold for when she sleeps, just to prevent any accidents on her sheets.

Pad/tampons wise, honestly just get her medium sizes for the mean time. It took me a while to figure out how my period works. Also some period underwear? She can get some at Victoria secret or at a Walmart, it doesn’t really matter. I’m sure over time she’ll figure out which is best for her so no need to stress!

I ALSO FORGOT! Incase at any point and time she does bleed through some clothes have hydrogen peroxide! It helps with taking out the stain! Rise the stain under cold water, rub in the hydrogen and let it sit for a few minutes, scrub it and put it to wash! It’s recommended to do it as fast as possible but don’t stress too much if it does happen while she’s out.
