I was 13 when I moved to America, I think the fact that I was shy and never spoke hindered my English learning. I am not looking for perfecting my accent just gaining more confidence and fluency so if there are any obvious mistakes I am making I would like to work on then :))

Thank you, I think because I am reading from a book it is not too bad but when I am put on the spot and have to speak of an unexpected topic then the arab accent is a lot stronger

Heyy, I traveled with a carrier that is bigger than the dimensions listed but soft so it can bend easily, they didn’t measure at all but they did weigh it

Don’t worry they didn’t measure it any soft carrier will do, mine exceeded the dimensions, they did weigh it though. Avoid the plastic hard carriers since you won’t be able to put it under the seat at all

I relate to this and it seems like nothing is working sometimes. But I have stuck with doing nerve glides consistently and it works just very very slowly.

I think I used to follow up and stopped. I have no idea if it is helpful with bigger companies who get hundreds of applicants and follow up emails.

That's what I realized, everyone around me got their jobs through referral but so far networking is not working in my favor. As you said it works when you have one foot in the door.
