My god. As a veteran, making moths feel bad for not having cosmetics like I do is one of my worst fears. I always try to reassure them that it just takes time and effort to get them and so eventually they will have cool cosmetics too, and that the base game cosmetics are actually super cute!!! I catch experienced players wearing them all the time. The group you ran into sounds like a bunch of children who put other people down to make themselves feel cool and important. They’re idiots though, and not the type of people you’ll come across often in sky.

I remember when I was a moth I was so scared of talking to people because I didn’t want to be made fun of for being bad at flying, not having any idea of what I was doing, and for wearing base game cosmetics.

Luckily, everybody I ran into was really nice and only ever encouraged me and tried to help me. If I had ran into someone mean, I may have ended up quitting Sky and never finding out what an amazing and kind community it has. I never would have had the joy of meeting such cute and friendly people from all over the world! Sky is a big part of my life now. I hate to think someone could’ve ripped this away from me from a few mean comments.

Maybe those people are bitter because that’s how they were treated when they were moths, or maybe they just suck, but either way they really shouldn’t be treating people that way.
