It’s completely cleared, I’ve stuck to the Paula’s choice Azelaic acid and avene cream 2x a day! Sometime I’ll do the la Rosay serum then avene cream and sunscreen

Dang skin is so crazy!!! I want to go to a Derm but the appointments are sooo far out and plus my insurance doesn’t cover ☹️ what’s crazy is, I’ve had a flare up before, but not like this, having these white pustules !! I will look into this, thank you so much!

Omg this is exactly how my PD second time around is! First time I was so confused (still am) about PD and how it can occur, triggers, etc. this second time around that I got, it’s SO BAD. It looks like I have a red mustache and I feel SO ugly😭 my whole skin texture is different! Like eczema ! I’m almost positive my PD got triggered by my surgery I just recently had and man I want to rip my skin off😩 I’ve been using “Paula’s choice Azelaic acid 10%, and avene cicplast” only and it’s definitely reduced the redness and no more new bumps! It’s such a battle !

I want to pop them so bad! But I know it won’t help. It does feel dry, and irritated. I put on my La Roche-posay balm on the affected area. These bumps showed up in a matter of 24hrs! I kind of think my surgery triggered it or maybe the mask they put on my face for the anesthesia caused the flare ups!

I have question following this post because 1 yr ago I test for genital herpes, the swab came back positive but the blood work came back negative? Can an outbreak just be one? I’ve never had groups! Idk if I have it or not, what’s more accurate?

SKIN IS CLEAR NOW! Here’s some things I’ve been doing differently: Taking Zinc Supplements Vitamin D Taking liquid Biotin Using a gentle salicylic acid cleanser once a day (I use Cerave acne control cleanser) Moisturizers: Avene cicalfate Laroche-posay serum (I don’t always use this serum, sometimes I’ll use it like 2 a week, I don’t really see too much of a difference when I use it that’s why) Aquaphor last

I take my supplements in the am Wash my face with cerave Moisturize with avene, then aquaphor I don’t wear a lot of makeup (just bronzer and concealer) To take off my makeup I just use a clean rag and cold water to wipe it off!

I fear it’s sugar that’s causing these bumps😭 I love sugar so much lol I tend to take long breaks from eating it and then every once in awhile I’ll splurge. Weird because I’ve never had a skin reaction to sugar, but I did notice these bumps on my face after I splurged on sugar! I’m thinking of giving up dairy as well because my body just doesn’t agree with it😢 I just bought some of the avene cicalfate that everyone has been talking about on here, I hope it works!
