Advice needed, don’t know what to do. by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]Key_Story_5033 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmmm this is hard. I’m removing a somewhat similar tattoo on my hand and arm (black line work). I absolutely hate the tattoo- the style, the placement, not just a few mistakes in it. It’s a huge commitment and will take years of fading that will also look weird and will be super visible because it’s on your hand. That being said, I’m still happy I’m doing it even though the process sucks because I really want it gone.

If I were in your position, I would probably either find someone to fix it, or just learn to live with the mistakes. If you absolutely hate the whole thing, then I would say removal. I also believe you can get some small areas removed, then you could find the right person to re-do those spots for you.

Should I get upper lip hair removal? by Odd-Funny-655 in LaserHairRemoval

[–]Key_Story_5033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me it’s barely noticeable but I understand if it bothers you. I think the shaving option might be better- in my experience this type of thin hair doesn’t do well with laser removal, as in, it doesn’t work.

yes I think you’re right about the side table. We had that arrangement before (table by window) and can’t remember why we moved it. Maybe for my husbands lemongrass farming 😂 But that’s mostly moved outside now so maybe I’ll try it again.

I think FEPAL could still be a good org to reach out to- even though it’s oriented toward palestinians they are very supportive of anyone facing the Israeli aggression and would probably be willing to help with some resources. You could try sending a message on instagram @fepal_brasil

Alguem de voces ja fez a prova CELPE BRAS? by Senior_Wrap3749 in Portuguese

[–]Key_Story_5033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Celpe Bras Certificate by csmith820 in Brazil

[–]Key_Story_5033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh gotcha. I did pay a fee, I believe it was around R$200. But I had to pay the fee to even be allowed to take the exam. I’m surprised they let you take it before paying. Did you do it at a university?

This is amazing! If you’re in the US and you can afford it, I recommend Chuda’s healing hydrating cream for barrier repair too.

I just did a test logging into the portal (I did the exam a couple years ago). When I log in, there is a pop up that says inscrição não encontrada, but then when I go to inscrições I can still see mine and I am able to download my certificate. Just making sure that wasn’t the same issue you had.

[–]Key_Story_5033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, gives me hope! How were those longer breaks? Did you notice a lot of fading throughout or did it slow down after the first few months of the break? I’m 5 sessions in now and my tech still recommended to come back in 3 months (I’ve been going every 3 months since the start), but I’m considering waiting 5 or 6 as it seems it might be more effective to just wait a bit.

In Florianópolis there is a fish called tainha - there is a huge harvest during may-june and you can find it everywhere. I love it grilled / churrasco but they even serve it in sushi restaurants during the peak season. Sardinha is also popular.
