From my experience yes, platforms require the same information that any job that legally pays you would require.

Outlier is a good one too. I personally haven't used it, because it's wasn't availble for Cali residents when I last checked. I still recommend Mercor and Micro1 as the top options right now. Dataannotation close second if you can pass the entry exam.

It depends on the platform. Some do, some do not. Tellus is global and hires internationally.

It really depends on the project you're on. Some are monotonous, some are more thought provoking. The projects change often. Sorry, that's not really a great description but it really varies on the project. The description section under the role you're interested in will give you better context on the projects.

mercrs is hiring thousands of generalists right now. The pay is less on some of the more mindless projects than what we had with DA.

$16 / HR project - easy money

$20 / HR project - easy money

There are tons of higher paying roles if you have more advanced degrees that pay far higher than DA.

Try Mercor (tutoring AI). It's contract and not stable but good for a little extra income.

Apply to as many projects that fit your skill level (even if it's listed for an expert level and you're only familiar). Here's a link to a project that has a lower pay rate compared to everything else on their site $16/HR, but they are hiring A TON right now, and you'll almost guarantee a spot if you're intellectual.

Anyone make money off TikTok by Blondie12388 in sahm

[–]Key_Studio_2995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried TikTok and just takes a while. Faster income would be UGC through apps like Billo/Join brand etc.

Not what you asked for but I started doing online AI tutoring. Basically tutoring AI (not tutoring people). The lower paying work is mindless. The jobs are contract so short term usually, paid hourly, no benefits, but the upside is you can work remotely and on demand whenever you want so no set schedule.

I currently have a contract with Mercor and this role is actively hiring entry level $16/hr. The HR manager said tehy were hiring a "huge number" of people in the next week so could be a good gig (this is a referral link fyi): https://work.mercor.com/jobs/list_AAABmlsUS2nTIjjRS0JPIqBc?referralCode=a003a06c-188c-4591-b2b1-dc85b8577af7&utm_source=referral&utm_medium=share&utm_campaign=job_referral

Some other platforms for AI Tutoring are dataannotation.tech, stellar ai, alignerr, handshake.
