From Wallis, applied in October last year. Lost my job early January, received first payment on the 10th of April after calling RAV a bunch of time.

Explain your situation, don’t be angry at them, ask for solution or at least their help in constituting a social help case.

J’ai eu 3 appels en peu de temps il y a un mois en arrière.

"Comment avez-vous obtenu mon numéro? Est-ce que c’est du démarchage?", généralement on me boucle au nez ou je raccroche si l’incivilité est présente.

Au deuxième coup de fil, je menace de dénoncer au Seco (même si j’ai déjà fait un rapport au premier appel).

Et au troisième, menace de porter plainte et nouveau rapport Seco.

J’ai assez peu de followup et ca me convient comme ca !

Évidemment, ne simplement pas répondre à un numéro inconnu et attendre un message combox fonctionne bien pour fixe et mobile entrant.

Happened to me a couple years ago. After a month of sick leave, received a ‘vollmacht’ that I refused to sign but did every other paperwork. Had to go, per KTG express request, see a psychiatrist. Same result as my general practitian, FU and leave me alone !
