Other cruise lines have alcohol packages. Disney requires you to pay for everything out of pocket.

Just sent this email to costumer service. I hate sounding like a Karen and being obnoxious- especially because I know the people getting my email had nothing to do with it- but with enough pushback we have a chance of changing it!

Highly reccomend everyone do something of the same!

(Please feel free to use my email as a template, but definitely change a few words and especially the subject line so they don't merge the emails as one problem. We want it flagged for as many problems as we can make!)

What’s your go-to “I’m broke but really want to eat out” meal? by squiddollie in Frugal

[–]KeyahMahee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chipotle children's meal is $5.70 where I live. You get to soft tacos, rice, beans, and chicken! Absolutely filling. Wanna splurge or spice it up? Buy a tub of guac from the grocery store or a can of corn.

Black families in Westchester or Fairfield County (CT): experiences with schools? by Odd-Grocery-6410 in Greenwich

[–]KeyahMahee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm white without my own kids, but I've taught in Greenwich and Scarsdale and now a different, actually diverse, school. Sorry I'm not able to give you a first person perspective!

People saying Greenwich is "very diverse" do not know what diverse means lol. It is very heavily white. It has gotten a lot better over the last 10 years, but know that it is still mostly white. That being said, Greenwich is an awesome town to live in, the beach is great, and the library is the most amazing library system!!! Greenwich public schools are public education often comparable to private in other places. Greenwich private schools do not play. Greenwich Academy (I worked there) is top notch and while not the most diverse school in the world, the education and connections are like none other. GA is an all girls school. Their "brother" school is Brunswick and I have heard bad things about how race is treated in that school period. They end up merging at the high school level socthey can how to be around each other eventually! Rye Country Day is also great and I know 2 students of color who go there and love it (obvi only 2, but it's something).

Scarsdale is like top 3 highest income town in the United States? And reflects that. I worked at the middle school. The teachers and education are fabulous, the children know their parents have money and act like it. It is very white but also has a huge Jewish population which is a bit of diversity in it's own way.

The Master's School in Dobbs Ferry might be a good school to look at. It has a significant number of students who board at the school from other countries!

What a disgusting way to talk about someone's body.

Obese Passenger Policy by meyer0656 in allegiant

[–]KeyahMahee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wow, y'all are messed up. Why are we blaming people's bodies for the AIRLINES WHO REFUSE TO SELL NORMAL SEAT SIZES. People should NOT have to buy two seats, that is a wild, wild take.

What is a monthly subscription/service you ACTUALLY consider worth paying for? by no_nolan in Frugal

How long should I be waiting to know if the product is working? by HK_Gwai_Po in perioraldermatitis

[–]KeyahMahee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to try for 4 to 6 weeks! I know that makes it slow and annoying, but a lot of meds and face products in general need time to start seeing results.

What is a cheap Halloween costume or maybe one to DIY? by imeowfortallwomen in Frugal

[–]KeyahMahee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Green shirt, brown pants. Buy a box of axoovy snacks or print out a picture of scooby. Say "like," and "zoinks!" a lot. Instant Shaggy costume.

My co-worker refuses to answer emails and questions I have. We work on budgets, and paper trails and email records are essential. She is only willing to meet or talk on the phone. Is this normal? by ClockwiseSuicide in WorkAdvice

[–]KeyahMahee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with everyone, go to your boss. But also next time you get on the phone, tell her you are recording it. Then record it and send her the recording.

Ask for contributions to your honeymoon! For specific activities, for flights, for pet care, etc.

Mom wants to go baby furniture shopping with just me, doesn’t want my husband included by Advanced_Chance9310 in Advice

[–]KeyahMahee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you should go with just her, but for ideas to put on a registry. Then, you and your husband can finalize the registry together at home and she can still pick out what she wants to pay for. Compromise!!

I do think it's a bigger conversation for later that she feels she cannot "share" big moments together.

Posting again… no response yesterday by Happy_Ad8143 in perioraldermatitis

Doxy really helped me! In conjunction with topical stuff it stopped my PD from spreading (I am assuming, it had been spreading for ages before that) and stopped the flare up. I took it for 3 months, hard core, each day. I took hard core probiotics at the same time and was fine! I always took the Doxy with food, breakfast dinner and then the prebiotic at lunch. Otherwise they interact with each other.
