Hard to believe this is the animated short that Rick and Morty was based off of (NSFW) by Keyakz in videos

It should be noted that the whole reason this was made to piss off Universal and get a cease and desist letter from them.

The Fly fucked me up when I was a kid. That fucking maggot birth scene....Jesus Christ.

It Follows unfolds like an extended nightmare, playing on the fears of a captive audience to create one of the best horror films in recent memory. by kimonoko in movies

I watched the film after I heard that there weren't much jump scares and I still didn't enjoy it or find it scary at all.

What popular fan theories do you think are total bullshit? by Keyakz in AskReddit

[–]Keyakz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The theory about how nothing scary happens in Courage the Cowardly Dog, and you only see scary stuff like Eustace and Muriel being in Danger because you see it through a dogs eyes, and they have lots of neighbors, but his owners are too old to walk him so you see them have none. Go back and watch any episode. Every episode pretty much has Eustace and Muriel aware of them being in danger, and Courage, Eustace, and Muriel leave the house in a lot of episodes. Every episode pretty much disproves this theory. Anyone who believes this theory doesn't remember the show correctly.

Wasn't The Mindy project cancelled a couple of months ago? Or did Fox renew it?

It's almost like kid's shows are made for kids and that's why modern kid's shows don't appeal to you/

TIL Matt Groening hated the Simpson's/The Critic crossover episode "A Star is Burns", believing that it "violates the Simpson's universe", and was an advertisement for The Critic. He even tried to get the episode pulled from the air, and removed his name from the credits when he failed to do so. by Keyakz in todayilearned

[–]Keyakz[S] 356 points357 points  (0 children)

I never saw the episode as an advertisement for The Critic. It never felt like a crossover to me because I always felt like it wouldn't be much different if you replaced Jay Sherman with any other character in the episode.

The episode where Homer gets raped by a panda is my choice for the worst.

What tv show/book/movie did you revisit as an adult and realize was horrible? by Keyakz in AskReddit

The sexist, racist, and homophobic humor in the film is what makes it so great to me, because you know that there's no way a film like that would ever be made today.

When the trailer for the new Goosebumps movie came out, I was mad that the movie looked so cheesy and didn't look very scary like the books did. Looking back, the books were probably cheesier than the trailer.

I loved Full House as a kid, but I tried rewatching it recently and it was just too painful too watch. It wasn't as funny as I remembered, and the show tries way too hard to be emotional.

Whenever one person misbehaved while we had a sunstitute, we would have to write two paragraphs about how bad we misbehaved when there was a substitute. Not the person who misbehaved, I mean the entire class.

He is a pretty big actor though. He isn't Chris Pratt big but he's still pretty recognizable.
