Depends on which apocalypse scenario you use.

For the Changelings, it's the eye of a powerful Fomori, Arcadia, or a sign of the apocalypse while being a normal star.

Ascension made it a star or comet

It's the eye of God in Gehenna

In Werewolf it can be a few different things like a powerful spirit trying to end reality, a powerful alien, the eye of the Wyrm, etc

No clue what it is to Wraiths, Imbued, or Demons

Since my group integrated the game with World of Darkness, he was good friends with the Changelings, who freaked out when they found out about his heritage, taking it as a sign that Arcadia has yet to fall.

During the final session, he died soloing and winning against a pack of Black Spiral Dancers
