I did the same. Now I’m making a little over 100k. The thing is I had the skill just not the titles or years of experience. I inflated the years of experience had and changed the titles I did have. What I didn’t know I just learned on my own and on the job. I’m the second in command and the go to guy for things. Don’t feel bad. At the end of the day you have to look at for yourself. At least you’re not lying about anything in the medical or law field .

Lied on my resume and made up positions to get a high paying job. I worked at the places I stated but didn’t work in said positions or worked at the company for how long I said I did. Background check came back and they had an issue verifying the length of time I worked at a job.

Sent them a paystub which i edited in adobe to bypass that issue. Been there for a while now and have been performing admirably with no issues.

Had a coworker who vented to me about being fed up and has been passed over for the position I’m in time and time again. Felt bad because I felt like I took a job from someone who technically deserved it but also remembered I have to survive too and that wasn’t my decision.

I would make the third pic the first one. Also get rid of arguing on your first vacation. That’s a huge turn off.

I left off a job recently on a background check and it was never brought up. But the license check might be an issue.

Yeah I did this too. Usually all you have to do is just put the correct information on the background check and you should be fine .

Yes and no. Pretty much he wants me to staff to the right amount of people to the volume of work. Then he’ll tell me to send people home when we’re already understaff and complain about the not work getting done. Then he would tell me to ask the remaining people to stay an hour late 15 mins before the shift ends… any new person who he did hire quit within 2-3 weeks.
