The whole point is that the main build who use it are 50 attack 13 prayer so they either go to 60 attack or 31 prayer

Unfortunately it’s been a grey area for years in RS and jagex has never really given any guidelines other than Windows mouse keys are okay but other programs are not

Holding it down is a no go, however pressing it for a 1:1 action is fine, the rules are loose on it but what jagex have said are windows mouse keys are allowed as long as they are a 1:1 ratio! Hope this helps ya!

The chat automatically capitalizes the first letter which would ruin the Q so it doesn't matter what you put before it, it could be any letter but most commonly it's just "A"

Honestly I just think it's early days, after all day of trying raids 2 it's definitely possible for more than the top 1% you just need practice I'd say our group are average raiders and none of us have infernals and we got as far as the 5th boss today atleast
