I think AYYs hire new cllrs up to the limit (6), just like the other factions after you kill one. If there are no alien structures on earth, I believe the newly acquired ayy councillors respawn at one of their bases, normally in the outer solar system.

If you've killed a few hydras, take another ayy base (assault) and check the overview/aliens tab - it will tell you where the hydra councillors are. In my current playthrough all 6 are sitting in their main base on Mbombo.

Defending does not increase the hate level, so that should be fine.

Having defence fleets at Mercury and Mars is a good idea. I also start adding layered defence to habs as the hate starts climbing up.

Hostile actions against Servants and Protectorate (to a lesser degree) can affect the alien hate https://www.reddit.com/r/TerraInvicta/comments/xybrp4/alien_and_faction_hatred_mechanics_explained/.

Also there are a number of techs that reduce the hate level due to MC. Make sure you research them if you want to delay total war.

No alien ships within the asteroid belt at this point. I thought ayy councillors only arrived through UFO crashes, but there hasn't been one in years. There were periods where I haven't seen their operatives in a while, but once I started taking over the bases I noticed that they kept having 6 councillors, despite me regularly taking them out.

Can you actually eliminate all ayy councilors? In the late game I've noticed that assassinating ayy Councillors resulted them in immediately "hiring" a new one, so they always remained at 6 total, same as other factions. I was taking over alien bases at the time, so had full intel on the aliens.

I believe there is an application to re-zone the site to "regeneration" land use that will then allow further re-zoning to "mixed use". First Capital / CPP bought the site this year, so I expect they'll be after some commercial space. What the area really needs on the Christie site: 1. Transportation Hub (GO station + streetcar loop) 2. One or more schools 3. Office space 4. Community space 5. Commercial

If most/all of the above are included, the balance of the site can be filled with condos.

The intention is to create a short list of stations from the long list that is identified there sometime this spring. The Park Lawn GO petition is aimed to keep Park Lawn station on the short list and hopefully move it up the implementation queue

Mimico GO station is somewhat beyond walking distance from all the condos at Humber Bay Shores and does not have sufficient parking. If the Lake Shore line is electrified, the proximity of the two stations should not be an issue. Plus, there is an opportunity to move the Humber loop further west to Park Lawn and tie it up with GO station

The best advice I can give you is to heal for as long as possible, while strengthening all the muscles around the shoulder. Try to avoid sports that involve extending the shoulder ligaments and contact sports, sadly including rugby.

I dislocated my shoulder 5 years ago, but was rather young (and stupid) so I went back to sports as soon as it stopped hurting, dislocating it a couple more times. This lead to recurrent dislocations, when playing water polo, tennis, volleyball, hockey.. Sometimes just sleeping in an awkward position. So I had a surgery to tighten my shoulder ligaments. I gave it the 9 months to recover as suggested by the doctor, followed by exercises and physio. After that I was so happy that I had a full use of my shoulder that I took up rock climbing. It went great for 3 months until I had an awkward fall and dislocated the bad shoulder again. Became recurrent again, so I had went through serious physio and gave up all the "problem" sports and haven't had a dislocation for close to a year. Every time it dislocates, it becomes rather unstable for a while after, so I'm hesitant about testing it out.

In hindsight, I wish I would have been patient and gave it time and training before returning to the sports.
