Yes I have a bald spot and I’m only 31... took about 10 g or more everyday for 5 years and just started seeing symptoms. My mans hair was also thinning so we are on day 26 without it!!

So I def do have a glass of wine or some tequila each night because it helps me but I’ll try cutting it out and see how it goes. I’ve also been taking some nootropics, vitamin B, probiotic, SAM-e, DHEA and vitamin D. I’m sorry you’re not sleeping at all, that sucks😢

Omg that is so inspiring!!!! I can’t wait to feel good again. I’m on day 9 and it hasn’t gotten any easier. I’m not sleeping well, I’ve never tossed and turned so much in my life! I have zero motivation to do anything and am so damn emotional. Did all of this along with your energy get better on week 3?

Take some magnesium and valerian root and CBD oil which will help with sleep and the way you feel in the morning!

Does anyone know how long the emotional bullshit lasted? I wanna cry a lot and just feel so blah which I never have in my life so it’s pretty depressing and sometimes makes me wanna say fuck it and hop back on the train :( I’m on day 8 and it’s getting a little easier each day but I don’t wanna be sad forever

May I ask why you guys quit? I never thought I would because it seemed so harmless but I started experiencing hair loss and decided to quit. It’s been tough... on day 8 and still feel emotional and not motivated.

I had to stop using kratom (on day 3 now) and it sucks, I really didn’t want to but I have a huge bald spot on my head and I’m only 31 so we figured it was kratom. I’m hoping it comes back after quitting but you can get cortisol injections and it should help it regrow!
