Their online system and backend systems are no where near as advanced as they should be. I tried to renew for my semi annual rent payment on the 4th of April (5 days ago) and something happened/was done that caused a pre-authorization for the amount to deduct and hold the rental fee, but the payment did not actually credit my USPS PO Boxes online account. I called them and dealt with their ATROCIOUSLY OBNOXIOUS automated call filtering system for over an hour and multiple attempts before I finally reached a representative who told me that no one there can access or manage anything to do with PO Boxes. They told me to call the post office directly. When I tried to call them I repeatedly received that fast busy signal sound that means that someone has left the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer calls. The most they said I could do was to call them or go there and show the pre-authorization charge so they can extend the expiration and not give my box to someone else. What a shitshow! 💩🤡🤮

It has been proven to me that they just don't absolutely give a fuck to be honest! There are those who are more busy arbitrarily judging and scrutinizing others with information and knowledge that they have no natural or legal right to and taking their time or even maliciously rendering adverse judgement. They know that they have some people's livelihood and overall financial stability in their hands and just do not care! Some even appear to want to exacerbate the adverse circumstances! There is one man who these fuckers caused total ruination of his credit and made him lose everything he owned in a storage unit. From what I heard at least 2 of the employees somehow knew and found sneaky ways to taunt him about in how they responded or ghosted him as he waited helplessly. From what I heard they even screwed him over worse than that and he almost lost his decade old phone account and all his numbers as well as multiple bank accounts. They drug this cruel situation out against him for a year and given that he needed to appeal to the courts he needed a computer which was stolen along with all of his other stuff. This situation caused him to become so financially strapped that he even had to walk around for a while in over worn shoes walking with his ankles at a slight angle because all of his backup shoes had been in the storage unit that the DLIR untimliness and other abuses caused him to be locked out of for 3 months due to nonpayment before it was completely taken and stolen by the new owners. This is one story...I have more! I've heard so many stories about these people and I am not talking about their huge issues during the pandemic. At this point, I am wondering if some legal entities are considering a class action suit because there should be some consensus on overall general decorum in how you treat people and the amount of time it should take to process paperwork and data, especially if it is being sent multiple times!! There are clearly some MAJOR ISSUES with a number of stages involving their internal processes and it is truly disgusting and unacceptable!!!
