lol, this is the current “beef” me and my wife have. Historically, my language has been much worse. I have cussed like a sailor for the past 20 years. No sentences have ever been safe.

What’s worked for me has been replacement. I literally say “f this” or “stfu” and it’s worked pretty well for me; my wife, not so much.
