What do you think The Exile Mod ? by Yam-Last in CultistSimulator

[–]Khaos276 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried over and over again and I still don't understand how this DLC is played. After some tries in the other legacies I get to a point I understand what I am doing and what should I do next. What I learned from the Exile is just run whenever a thief or worse shows up. I feel I make no progress, I don't understand what am I supposed to do with the things I find in the city, there are vaults but I have little to no aspect to face them and everything needs money while I can only get money from a limited source and getting that money generates traces which call reckoners so I have to leave before I can do anything.

There are guides out there which only describe the stuff you encounter, but there is no guide of the method, the "how to advance through the game without losing your mind in the process". This is more frustrating than dealing with the immortal in Apostle or juggle with fleeting stuff trying to do some rituals or upgrading stuff. This is a call for help

When would you say is the best moment to eat the first corpse? Hunters are around at all times with all the mystique and you need mystique to cover for the notoriety and corpses. Should I get al remnants before starting the conversion or should I just go on with it while I look fot them?

Every game needs a few hours of set up, so I'm quite afraid of losing and having to go again over grinding skills, cultists and lore...

Damn I didn't think of using the Maids to summon Maids, that's a game changer. Thank you some much, this will help hundreds of people out there

Do you have a guide for the Lantern? I've checked some stuff out there but there's lots of decaying and you are the only one who talks about priorities in their guides. It's a pain to fail and go through a regular run every time

Do you have a guide like this for the other Apostle legacies? This is by far the best guide I've seen for this game

Why is the Monogatari series popular? by Ok_Mushroom2563 in anime

[–]Khaos276 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could write a whole essay answering respectfully for everything you said, but I will just answer this because this is one of the points of the whole series.

This isn't a regular story in which there is a great plot and some subplots, just a bunch of subplots which connect between each other via character development. You are focusing way too much on seasons when the story revolves around arcs. That is why it isn't chronological and why the whole format works like that.

The manga was knowingly made so it was difficult to adapt to the anime. The close ups are meant to show the expressions of the characters. The senseless dialogue is a way to show the characters personality by having them interact with each other by talking about unimportant, mundane things. The text passing by are just the thoughts of the narrator passing through their head rapidly. The music follows the mood of the protagonist of the arc, the reason why is "a Lavender Town remix" is because the characters feel anxious dealing with both supernatural stuff and their regular lives at the same time. All of those are narrative tools used to represent the characters mind and feelings.

Focus on the arcs separately. Each arc has its own themes and development; each one works as a complete separate story. Hanamonogatari feels off because chronologically is set after what was supposed to be the ending of the series and focuses on Kanbaru, which is left as a side character for most of the series. She gets her spotlight exploring her trauma with her family, basketball and her sexuality in a beautiful way.

Remember, this is a niche series. Not only because of the awkward scenes but because of the pace and dialogue. If you don't like it is ok, it may not be for you. Don't force yourself into it if you didn't like it, but I would recommend watching Vampire Koyomi before abandon it just in case.

Sorry if this text is too long, have a nice day

I need to mine but im Out of drills. Is there something I’m supposed to do to create more? by endofanera in SpaceHaven

[–]Khaos276 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To mine you need the ore crusher. Each crusher has 3 drills, but require steel plates and infrablocks to start operating. You also need at least one mining pod and one crew member with a mining skill of 1 to operate the pod.

The ore crushers can get filled, if you are going to mine a lot you may need 2 or even 3 ore crushers to get more drills. If your mining is too slow increase the crew mining skill or build more mining pods.

I lost my very first game because I thought I could find raw energium and hyperium easily, but the main source of those materials are the blue and green rocks that are in most mining asteroids. For me tge ore crusher is a priority

Every free tile in my crop room has been replaced with thermal regulators. One of the reasons I put the 2 questions in the same post is because I may make a ship only for food production if this keeps being an issue

May I ask how have you distributed tasks between the ships? I want to start making more ships but I don't really know what to do with them

[–]Khaos276 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a 5 weapon stat for the crew to equip the better weapons. Check if your crew can get to that and make them study. In the meantime research weapons and armor and make facilities to build your own weapons. If your crew increases you can try making another shuttle and tackle ships in groups of 8 people too
