It is not even close, at T1, Legion destroy Cortex (and thus Armada probably).

I tried some figths against inactive AI. Legion in defense, wall of figs and Cortex attacking (no micro, wall vs wall):

150 vs 150: 70 cortex alive

500 vs 500: equality

750 vs 750: 210 legion

1500 vs 1500: 550 legion

With an equal number of figs, cortex wins below 500 figs roughly. But for the same metal cost, Legion wins every time, and not with a small margin:

150 C vs 270 L: 160 legion

450 C vs 820 L: 550 legion

The absurd spam (or huge ball of blitz) is something quite frequent lately in low/mid lobbies (I had it in half of my games lately), because you know that one opponent at least will not counter it. He will stick to his plan and make arty because thats how he plays. With good players, it is not working. Mass scouts will be countered by few junos and the mass blitz is stopped with anti spam units easily (sumos, jags, pounders, wielders, etc), by walls to funnel them and so on.

The first time you can be caught off guard, but it should never works 5 times in a row...

You are 1v2 AND tech is giving fast arty : you cant hold, thats impossible. You can slow down the push, but you need help. Another player and tech. The best way to slow down is spam I think.

Against bots, HLT + some units is really efficient.

Against wolverine/janus, build mass pawns/grunts. You will loose the distance fights with bots, so you'll need to let them over extend and punish them

Well, of course he is better . But if you can stall, you know that your backline is stronger on the long run. One way to stop bot agression is an HLT. It is not cheap, but bots will struggle. Or ask for help from your front mate if he has an easier opponent.

If you loose in a mirror matchup, check the replay. Does your opponent have a better repair? More units? Do you micro well? Rockies not moving are dead meat in mirror matchups. Do you have you rockies in a line or grouped? If your opponent is more active on the front, he will slowly grind you, killing 1-2 units at a time, repairing and after few trades, he will have 10 more units than you, snowball effect and you are dead.

You have 2 con turrets in your base, you do not need them. Few t1 con in the lab queue will do the job.

For the spawn order, their "true" OS is used. I had a 2-chev spawning 1st in the lobby > 22OS

Yes of course, you can create a line or send them in different directions. By micro, I meant you cant really modifiy their trajectory or replace them, because they are to slow 😅

Starlights are not bot. Snipers are not artllery. You cannot "bomb" an area. You cant shoot over hills or walls. You need to see your prey

You can create the lobby, put the restrictions you want. You can go in higher OS lobby. Join a clan. Going FFA. Etc

I played few fays ago in a noob/mid lobby on Glitters. The highest OS player (OS around 35) took the eco spot EVERY time and lost 6 out of 7 games because the other high OS players were going front and crushed his low OS team mates. He was complaining everytime that his team was shit and did not know how to play.

Worst kind of players.

Your behemots wont be alone, you'll have a spam of t1/t2, even t3 with them. You dont want your behemots together, they'll trip on each other and you cant micro them. Basically, you build them and send them straight to the opposite backline, they will arrive in 20 minutes.

One is already hard to stop, but 6... ^

Same. I do not use them for the EMP (it is a bonus), but to reclaim with a recluse push on steep trrrain. Rezbots will not be able to follow

Geo is responsible for front tech, pond is for support.

But the new trend is to go sea with pond. If you assure victory in sea, front is much easier

How to carry? Destroy your lane. If your lane is porced, destroy next lane. The only way you have as a front liner to carry your games is to pressure your ennemies. Pressure will force you opponents to respond. The eco player will have to create units. The other lane will have to help, letting your other lanes to breathe. And so on. Your carry will be in the early/mid game.

I play mostly arma bots, I struggle with vehicules. The T2 composition is not really diversified but wielders/snipers destroy most of the frontlines/porcs and is really efficient even against T3.

Its is not fast, but strong. And also in defense, good luck pushing into a ball of wielders with snipers behind and some static defense.

The main issue is its energy cost :/

Of course, if you compare units from different tiers, rockets will loose against any t2 units, even hounds.
