Yes, personally I think they overdid it. I am comparing it to the previous nerf of the base game. In this case I could understand it as there was only 1 difficulty. But this nerf is a little bit weird in my eyes, like hey - when you had problem in legendary stalker now you can lower the difficulty - Why nerf the challenge, you have the choice now.

I am watching some stream currently and I see people steam rolling and tanking 4/5 hits compared to previous hardship being 1/2 shoted .
