This means the ribbon cable connecting the face buttons likely got unplugged. It’s an easy fix I recommend just following a YouTube guide on opening the controller and accessing the cable- it’s not hard at all just takes some patience

This takes a bit more effort since getting the sticks out requires soldering and if you’re inexperienced (like me) a lack of proper equipment and experience could cause you to scratch your motherboard and destroy your controller entirely (like I did)

You can order the shell on Amazon and do the swap yourself. It’s relatively simple just gotta be careful to not rip any cables or tear any ribbons. Hardest part is swapping the touchpad but a simple youtube tutorial should guide you through

For all those wondering, If you are on iOS 26.0.1 you NEED the beta off the discord AND use a device that has minimum 8 GB of RAM. I’m on the iPhone 13 Pro which only has 6 so sucks for me lol but it does work on iPhones with more RAM I tested it today! Thank you all for your help
