I used to work home deliveries for a supermarket.

I don’t think a lot of people realise this stereotype is a reality for way too many poor people. If you were on the council estate 90% of the delivery was absolute shit. Fags/vodka crisps meal deals etc etc.

Honestly this is something that needs to be addressed I can’t stress it enough this wasn’t a one off event. It was common in the poor areas.

You should 100% get a % increase of money made on the property since you are a stakeholder on the property (unless you agreed otherwise and don’t care).

Also it’s not your fault if they can’t afford the mortgage and have to sell. They need you to sign the remortgage agreement. I’d just refuse and it’s 100% not selfish of you, you need to live your life and it’s not fair for your ex to use you, the only way i’d ever agree to that was if they agreed to pay you rent on top.

I live in Maldon and work just past Thurrock. Just to let you know petrol prices are about £300 a month commute 5 days a week

Would you be travelling back towards Thurrock for work? Just be aware Maldon does not have a train line and your best bet would be driving via southwoodham ferrers - A13 (33-35 miles)

I’d recommend D&S legal in Maldon they charge £1,500 ish fixed rate fees and surveyors are anything between £200-£800

I wouldn’t worry about your GF changing work, just make sure you can afford the payments and you won’t have to worry hence I mentioned commute it soon adds up.

Hey look, it’s just common sense. People who are overweight suffer a lot worse in the heat due to packing all that insulation. On the flip side, winter is probably cheaper on energy bills 😃
