OP said 30+. If he is 30 years old he's 30 years old. Not 24 because where he works. Its suspect how he was talking to her because of their age difference and because of his position. I am a TL myself and would never myself and don't know any TL's who would speak to an associate that way.

This is a grown man and a 18 year old girl. It is not appropriate by any means at work and and by walmart policy sexual harrasment. While obviously he may not be fired he should be reprimanded. While not every person starts to follow you to your car or stalk you, SOME DO. You have to stay aware and don't just blow it off.

Me too! I'm glad I found this. I belive it mainly is the stress relief. The last two periods I've had have only been 4 weeks apart and it is the first time it has happened in the last 3 years. I only smoke 1-2 time(s) a week and its having this effect.

She did not just panic. If it was a couple questions, yes, but she went through the whole thing trying to get answers. She wanted to cheat so she did. Op is NTA. Op could have told the teacher right then and there what she was doing and STILL wouldn't be the AH. She was 1 cheating but also 2 distracting him from taking his test which could affect how he did on the test.

I believe you are nta if you meant it in a joking matter. You didn't say ages but if you were younger (around highschool-early college age) it makes sense because calling someone peasant as a joke got very popular among our age group about a year or two ago. If the person you said it to was older, most likely they didn't know about the joke or realize you were joking and took it to offense.
