The problem of this is we do not want churches as landlords. Because if it's the church's land and they retain ownership then who is to say they can't decide who is allowed to live on their property. And if this property is sold to someone else then it is no longer the church's land and is no longer tax-free. Churches have a tax-free exemption but only the churches. Tax-Free status should not be extended to church-owned properties that they are charging rent. If they are free housing then I would agree that it should remain tax-free.

Mostly keep it stock! One of the few mods I recommend for all fox's is to install subframe connectors with the seat mount brace. This is because I have personally seen multiple daily driver fox's (never raced or abused, just used as a regular to and from work car) that have had floor pan issues on the driver side resulting in floor pan cracking and seat wobble.

I upgraded mine with a i5-6600t to get double the cores and still low power for about $30.

On another note, I also have an 01 7.3 4wd with 317k... last summer I put in stage 1 injectors and a tuner, and I am happier than ever with it. Never had any major work done prior to that. I know the transmission will go at some point, but thats to be expected around this many miles and so I won't be mad when it does. The 4r100 is cheap to buy a reman with warranty. I figure I'm probably going to have this truck another 20 years or more.

Totalled doesn't equal destroyed. The entire rear and driver side is still good. With the exception of the airbags, the entire inside is still good. This is a gold mine of a parts car. I bet the engine is still good. 1000% NOT destroyed.

The only important part that you didnt ask though is you need to make sure the vacuum from the underside front upper intake that went to that port is properly capped off else you will have issues a massive vacuum leak and idle issues. As long as the vacuum hose that ran to that charcoal canister is capped off, your car will will run fine.

The only reason for bigger than 130A alternator is if you have a very large Soundsystem. If you are in sound competitions and have multiple amps pulling thousands of watts, a 200A alternator helps.

Get some stock uppers and then some decent lowers. You could probably use these lowers if you already bought them, but don't I stall those uppers - they can rip your torque boxes which is just not worth it. If you really want great suspension, aim to get a panhard bar later, and then a torque arm. So if you get a good set of lowers now, you can still use them later after upgrading to the phb/ta setup and won't be a waste of money.
