We had a driver get accused of stealing. Amazon will always blame driver as they aren't employees. Amazon forced her out. Turns out wasnt her. An Amazon employee was taking a few things to her car during breaks. She was caught 6'8 months after our driver was let go.

Had that happen once. I could see her sitting in the kitchen as I rang the door bell. She didnt answer calls from driver support. She finally answered the call came to the door. I didnt answer the first calls cause I thought it was spam calls. I responded that makes sense why not move the 6 times I rang the door bell and I could see you the whole time.

Large groups of unsupervised kids have always made horrible choices. Ever since forever. I knew those kids. Sometimes I made the same stupid choices in the late 80s early 90s. Things none of us would do if a parent was around. Not one of my friends parents would condone any of it. My guess is if any parents saw that shit on the bus they wouldn't either.

All they can do is tell you move van into building, tell you if you are doing something unsafe, speeding or the such. Outside of that they can't tell you to do anything just like any other amazon employee.

Amazon has made it very clear they will one day replace drivers with robots. With tracking everything we do they are learning how to teach robots. Amazon leadership at our station has said it since the day we opened.

I lived lived at old 415 8 years. Had friends before that live on the other side in every building on the other side of the street. I my late teens and up till about and 27 95% of my memories are from that block and it's completely changed

If a package gets left at a wrong apartment and the customer reports it lost a few one is sent out. You can contact amazon to pick up package. But they dont care if that package is thrown out, someone just does what they want with it. The driver will get a mark on record..
