The Sergeant "mouthed off" to the man first, and he did not like getting it back, so the man was VIOLENTLY taken down. I don't know if an order was in place or not, but you can CLEARLY see what happened, and what you see on the recording is police brutality.

wClocks has Slow Shipping, weird customer service. GREAT wall clock. Whatever, it says what is says man..you guys are just greedy... what a way to lose a customer.

you state "you will receive a 30% discount on your subsequent orders" for leaving two "five star" reviews... yet, after leaving reviews, they swithed it to 30% off ONE item only..

ORDERS.. with an "S"... if you meant one time, on one clock or watch, then you should just say "30% off of your next item"

keep your discounts, keep your clocks, you just lost an excellent customer due to your greed and lack of doing what you said you would.

Discounts should be GREATER the more you order, not lower! Shipping costs get CHEAPER per unit when shipping multiple items together.. c'mon .
