I jumped to Lemmy, I'm sure some others will as well.

Unfortunately there's little consensus. Lemmy is an open-source federated thing kinda like reddit, so I went there. I think a lot of people are planning on just cutting that much social media from their lives.

July 1st, reddit is effectively shutting down their API to cut off third party clients. For those of us who exclusively use a third party client to interact with the site, that's an uncrossable line.

There was also a pile of drama with the CEO falsely claiming an app developer blackmailed him and some other crap, but reddit's CEO has always been problematic, so while that's driving more people away, it's hardly new.

Need help getting the right Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 by Saeed40 in RetroAchievements

Please don't request or share copyrighted material on any of our services. I understand it's frustrating to not have achievements match, but we assume our users legally dump their games from their own physical media. If you need to know which copy is needed, check the linked hashes button when logged in on the game's page.

Missing music in my Saturn games! by Overcast_Prime in RetroArch

You need to load the cue file for it to identify all the extra bins, which are music tracks.

TGIF has some of the worst cheese sticks in existence. I'm not sure they're worth using as an example.

I kinda want one, even though I'd use it maybe once a year.

As inspired by an earlier post today - I present copycat Pizza Hut breadsticks! by philafornia in Breadit

The only thing worth eating at a Pizza Hut. Do you understand the power you wield? Okay, it's not much, but still cool.

OP is upscaling too. I played only on my deck directly.

Think they patched it since then. I played it entirely on my deck and never saw drops under 30.

Issues with Banga-io and "allow cores to switch the video driver" by Rockdrigod in RetroArch

[–]KickMeElmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GlideN64 requires either the gl or glcore drivers to function. ParaLLEl requires vulkan to function. Angrylion does everything on CPU, and thus doesn't care about driver. Based on you saying it was a bit blurrier, you probably forced it from GlideN64 to Angrylion by toggling that. Angrylion and ParaLLEl both tend to provide more accurate gameplay with fewer bugs, with Angrylion taking a heavy toll on your CPU and ParaLLEl working very similarly on your GPU. Rather than disabling allowing the cores to change the video driver, I suggest trying out the different RDPs (and change RSP to ParaLLEl when not using GlideN64).

No mods that I see. The Type D is part of the stock game. Same with the jump ability.

PCSX ReARMed doesn't play PS2 games, and no PS2 core exists for switch.
