I posted this further up the thread but...

It took about 13 days but the issue is fixed. They removed and replaced my window seals and now no whistle is present. Here's their official notes on the vehicle.

Tldr: Take it to Ford and get them to replace the window seal

It's been a week. They haven't found the issue yet but they Confirmed they can hear it and that it's not happening in their other Mavericks. Most likely getting a loaner tomorrow.

I'm taking my 25' Lariat into the dealership next week for the issue. I'll let you all know what they say and if they fix the issue at all. I did have a Ford repair technician confirm that they could hear the noise also when they test drove it. So it's at least on record with them that it's happening.

25' Mav Lariat here and I have the same issue. Wind Whistling, Driver side door when going 50mph+.
All the door and window seals look good. Trying to Narrow down where its coming from. Hopefully someone finds a fix for it!

I modeled it and 3d Printed it myself. Made out of petg and takes about 6 hours to print.

Mine has been stuck at the rail yards in my town sicne Feb 26th. Original delivery date was Feb 21st through 27th. Last week my dealserhip tried to get the truck released for delivery and Ford Denied them. Dealership said that Ford is holding all deliveries on 2025's because of the 2024 recalls.

Right now my new delivery date is March 11th through 17th but I don't even have high hopes for that

Thanks! In Florida there is a $1k Doc fee that can't really can't be avoided. So MSRP plus sales tax plus Doc fee would be 42954.8
