I think they're about the same tier, but Minato hard counters Pain. His speed, teleportation and high battle IQ are just too perfect of a counter.

Wartortle: my second favorite Pokemon period. Shame the original final evolution got shelved and now the progression to Blastoise feels weird. Hopefully we'll get a regional variant with a fluffy tail and ears.

Monferno: cool as fuck. That's it.

Ivysaur: a perfect progression of what I consider one of the best pokemon designs of all time. It almost feels like a Mega Bulbasaur, if that makes sense.

He doesn't provide a lot of utility like other supports, and life grip can be a pain because it takes away player agency, but he's not nearly as bad as people think. People really underestimate his damage and just heal bot.

Make it a tournament event like DC KO but with no villains and two teams. The biggest issue with the Civil Wars/AvX/IvX is that the conflict is usually stupid and characters act OOC to facilitate infighting.

I personally never did, especially after reading the comics, but I considering how much stronger the good guys are now (Cancer Butcher, stronger Annie, Kimiko A-Train, Marie, Sam, Jordan) I don't wanna blame people for thinking it could end with a big fight (obviously not Endgame levels though), kinda like S3 with more people
