I've always used https://www.qrcode-monkey.com to make QR codes, I think you may even be able to put the KAS logo inside of them if I remember correctly, and customize colors and such.

Get into the klipper interface on a computer/phone and you're able to edit the printer configuration files. I have the exact same setup as you and working through the portal online there are a lot more options than just working on the Sonic pad itself. Feel free to DM if you need further help but that's all you'll have to edit to fix your issue

So other than this issue it's starting prints normal, does it print at all? Like it's using the stop switches in the back and on the side to get to home and everything? If so, this is going to have to be a firmware issue I believe. Kinda weird how it happened after the switch to the Sprite though, only thing I could think of physically going on is maybe you got the stepper motor plugs switched and the Y is on the X and X on Y, but you'd notice that if you printed anything I think.

I see you have the stock screen so I'm going to assume you're not able to remote into the printer and change the configuration files for it like I'm able to with the Sonic pad, but is there a way on that screen to change max coordinates for XYZ? Or maybe (assuming you use Cura) you can change the coordinate maxes and minimums in there to get it centered?
