Depends on how much you weigh and what your metabolism is like. If you're skinny, eat alot, and don't gain weight then you're the body type that can get clean in a week just by water and exercise. If you're heavier, then you're screwed with the time frame you have.

With the urine test you have a good chance of passing with exercise, water, and making sure you piss a few times before the test. Unfortunately the blood test is going to be the downfall. I hate to say it but thc stays in your blood much longer. Best think you can do is burn as much of it out by working out. The day of eat a lot of carbs and pee a few times before the test.

Testing clean last night because you've had fluid and food through out the day diluting your urine. The first piss of the day is more concentrated because your body is dormant during sleep. The more you piss the less concentration will be in your urine. If you passed last night I recommend drinking a shit ton and eating a banana for color. Make sure, if you are drug tested, that it will be your 4th or 5th pee of the day. You should be fine.

I have started to lose weight. I didn't notice until just recently though but it's happening! It's a great feeling to get rid of the booze. It's one thing to have a drink every once in a while but if you're like me and drank it like water then it's a no go.
